I like chopsticks over everything as I have one hand free to do other things like holding a pint of beer or a cigar while I eat.
Twentyfive percent out of nothing is still nothing!

Eating with chopsticks is fine as long as you don't eat with Chinese friends who would dig their chopsticks into the dishes meant for all, ie communal style eating, which has a history as old as the chopsticks, but which is downright unhygienic!

Who told you that? Wooden and bamboo chopsticks absorb germs and are hard to clean; only metal or porcelain ones are easy to clean!
