1990s (cont)- As the copies of "Rolling Stone" magazine kept on pilling up at home I could hardly find time to attend everything that "rocked" and my married life. My ex-wife was not so fond about all those things so for a few years I found myslef confined to the top floor of our 3 story house. No concerts, no trips to the bars with the boys......a hell! So I was left to use the computer and the amplifiers to listen to Kurt Cobain and Nirvana, Hot Chilli Peppers, REM, Smashing Pumpkings...etc.

Queen is argueably one of the best bands in life performances; before when Freddy was present and even now with Paul Rodgers as the frontman.
I have been told that AC/DCs last life tour was also awesome though I haven't ahd the chance to see them this time. I heard an interview with Angus Young where he mentioned they had a train car into the stage!

I was of fan of ska too and reggae. The Two Tone label had lots of great stuff. Never saw Madness, but I did catch The Specials and The English Beat.
Saw The Police too back then, they too had that ska/reggae sound early on.

The late Seventies/Early 80s had an incredible amount of stuff going on. I would like to talk more about that time...
