A Canadian pilot spent 6 years planning the perfect proposal written on pieces of paper and spelled out around the world.
The pilot and his girlfriend travelled around the world taking pictures at famous landmarks of themselves holding letters spelling "We always knew", The Daily Telegraph of Australia reported.
At the last stop in their hometown of Montreal, the pilot organized 2 friends to roll out a sign that said: "(W)ill you marry me" behind the couple as they took a photo holding the final W.
The man showed his girlfriend the photo on the camera, who burst into tears as she read the proposal on screen.
