In the States only if you pay the man up-front or nothing .........

In China .........

Well for the moment ........

You are on your own ...........


This must play a part in how people deal or cope with the very difficult situation which happens to them .........

obviously this judge took circumstances into account and not just a stubborn "law executioner".

I guess you may think it is reasonable if you believe that it is ok to have 13 million abortions per year.
