IMF directors for five key emerging market economies on Tuesday said it was time to scrap a long-standing convention that the head of the International Monetary Fund should come from Europe.

In a joint statement, IMF directors for China, Brazil, India, South Africa and Russia, criticized European officials for implying the successor to former IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn should be European.

The so-called BRIC countries called for "abandoning the obsolete unwritten convention that requires that the head of the IMF be necessarily from Europe."

it does not matter where

the new head comes from so long as he/she is pure zionist.
