There are multiple languages covered by Milton Keynes Court

Saturday May 15,2010  By Padraic Flanagan

A COUNCIL is employing 15 times more interpreters than 10 years ago in a damning indictment of the £120million boom industry which grew under Labour.

The number of translators at the Milton Keynes Community Language Service has increased from 20 to 300 since 2000.

A huge influx of migrants means the centre now offers services in 105 languages compared with just a dozen in 2000.

Public spending campaigners and immigration experts said the Milton Keynes example underlined the need for a requirement on immigrants to speak English to ease the burden on the public purse.

Nationally, the cost of providing translators in the police, health, education and courts systems is estimated at more than £120million as a result of mass immigration.

In Milton Keynes, Bucks, obscure tongues such as Twi, the chief language in Ghana, Telugu, which is spoken in southern India, and Yoruba, used in Nigeria, are all catered for.

not such a great difference in King James spending the taxpayers money to have the bible translated into old english or the church spending money to translate the bible into hundreds of languages and dialects.

england created the problem - and they pride themselves on being such a democratic welfare state - so what's the problem?

englands riches came from raping the wealth of the countries where these immigrants came from so quid pro quo.
Man created god before god created man and the world has been in turmoil ever since. Dots freak some people out - so they join them with lines that aren't really there.

You know nothing about the British!

It's their way to keep up with the "competency" in the global environment.
The Nigger River Vally is a region with 200 million people - a strategic UNTAPPED resources rich area of the world!
China's own universities are also "improving their grasp of global languages", it will improve understanding of other important region of the globe!

Please go about and report other great new discoveries of yours1
