How can you allow a name calling himself Powerful ?
The authorities concerned need to be questioned for the lapses of allowing the foreigner to make China a country of fools ?
Of course, you are all kids. A driver's licence is an official document (issued officially) and is as good as one's identity document. The name should follow the person's name in his passport ! If he drink-drive and kill someone, is the authority going after this person call "hao li hai" (meaning powerful) ? If the report appears in your media or newspapers for the world to see, then you will know WHO is the one laughing at who ?
