stick to traditional chinese's ancient secret recipe...

that's right my beef stew wonton noodles soup or minced beef congee with chinese donut dip (yes, lots of shredded fresh ginger & scallion)...continental breakfast is just too rich & fatty for a sexi machoman like me

advantage for me...,
a traditional one is very likely not to contain milk,
but I would rather directly grab for the bowl of cereals.

i'm not too crazy bout lunch but breakfast for me is important meal to start my day...and other healthy choice of breakfast just dont cut it for me; i need alot of energy to keep me goin)

Cereals,
Sandwhiches with propper bread (not talking about those sweet pseudo breads)
like ciabatta, baguette or dark bread/whole wheat,
like ciabatta,
german style grey and whole wheat is spreading into neighbouring countries
again, who have, with increasing wealth, abondened the whole wheat in the past,
which Germans somehow didn't completely,
but with rising health awareness, now rediscovered it again.

One special example of this traditional tendency is westfalian pumpernickes,
which is baked for more than 20 hours in a slow and gentle baking process.

One Sort to really try is Paderborner,

Ahhh, bread. Nothing is better than fresh,still warm and crunchy bread that just left the oven.....with a glass of cold milk!!!

Hundreds of different kinds of breads in Germany. But I`m not a big fan of Pumpernickel though^^

I`m hungry!!! Guess it`ll be a nice "Vesperplatte" with lots of different "Wurstaufschnitt"  something I miss abroad too.^^
