Right now, all the attention of the west is concentrating on restrciting China's economic development such as protectionist measures and forcing Yuan to go up.

In order to create some breathing room, China should restart is Nuke arm build up to deflect West's overly attention to the China's economic development.

Give the west something else  to worry!!


Nuke buildup has a big pyschologvial factor and rather nonintrusive.  Everything is done internal.  

Let's restart more Plutonium extraction plants for weapon grade materials!

Russian has too big a stockpile.  No need to build more.

India has lack of uranium on its soil.  If acquired oversea uranium for weapons would have negative consequences.  Same for Japan.

China has no fear for India or Japan's nuke programs at all.   


China is sitting at the world largest of uranium in Tibet.
