Americans introduced prostitution!!
Amazing! I've read several posts claim that America, at barely 200 years old, introduced the
"oldest profession", prostitution, to SE Asia.
Pretty funny stuff
Get a grip.

The Americans and Spanish introduced it to the Philippines however it has long been practiced in China and Thailand predating European arrival by centuries.

What!

If the US invented the oldest profession, then there are no professions before 200 years ago and everyone in the world would be unemployed until the formation of the US!!!!

On the topic of prostitution it is estimated that China has the largest sex industry in the world.  And it is completely home grown, something to be proud of.

well, China also got the largest population. About 20 times of the U K's, thanks to their one child policy of course. Otherwise it would be more likely 30 times;:)
