On my previous posts, I ask you to look for the pattern of the following sentences.

I don’t know what to do.
I don’t know what to pick.

May not sound convincing, huh? However, if we put the missing pieces back to the sentences, we will see the whole picture clearly, although that may sound a bit unnatural.

I don’t know what  (for me) to do.
I don’t know what  (for me) to pick.

As a  journalist you should first decide what events (for you) to report before you make some interviews.

Therefore, we come to an conclusion, the best choice is B.

B is correct  C requires "are" in front, D is a present tense statement ,it would be correct after the interviews A is a past tense and so considering would not apply
