losing weight

It takes only four words to lose weight. "Eat less, move more."  It will take a little longer but it will stay off longer too, as you develop better habits. Avoid eating before bedtime. Add a flight of stairs, exercise during TV commercials, walk whenever you can. Keep healthy snacks of veggies already cut up in the fridge so that if you have a sudden massive food craving, you can stuff yourself with raw veggies. Then you won't feel so guilty about overeating. Avoid Western fast food places like McDonalds, Arby's, They load the food with fatty processing. Yuck. If you eat like your grandmother or grandfather eats, maybe you would be slim. But adding activity is so important. Staying glued to your computer will turn you into a very unhealthy person. At least take your laptop to the park.LOL.

8......12 is about gaining.....

So take your pick!!!
