Life is getting better in China, isn't it.
At least in the part of the New Middle Kingdom that i live in, life has DEFINATELY become better.

Imagine, almost all household in mainland China can afford a motorcycle, hi fi radio set, tv, video, lights, fridge, washing machine and for some airconditioning/heating.

It takes a long period of "enlightened management" and "long period of peace" so that people can "accumulate savings and assets" to make it work.
like they say "God helps those who help themselves"
