If someone tells you something you know generally, you can say I already know that. (Some of my non-native English speaking friends say I knew but it's more colloquial to say I know, as a general statement that you know something.)

If you're emphasizing that you knew something before someone mentioned it or if you're saying you knew something at some point in the past, you might say I already knew that.

If you saying you knew something before some other event in the past, you might say I had already known that (that is, before the other event occurred).
中文我不会读也不会写。Really, I don't.

I already new (knew) it ----- Good

I already Known it ------ No good ----> should be Have known or Had known --- should have known --- would have known ......
