In the long run

it is finding a job that is interesting and challenging to you.  If you make a lot of money doing something you dislike, you will eventually become disenchanted with your work, and be very unsatisfied with your life.

Interest is most important

If I can look for another job, I will look  for a job that I am interested in and filled with challenge. Look for a job that obliged you to study. Studying more, and you will have more success.
