I've seen such a sentence from a movie, a man said:" Love is not for me. Love is for those who believe it."
At first, I find it cool...
But later on, I think it deserves some consideration.
What do you think of this sentence?
Life is a journey, not a destination.

I think it goes to show that love is a state of mind.
If you are not in the position to be in love then you would not even notice that the other person is falling for you.
If you have no food, no shelter, and no job, then you're mentally preoccupied with other things to notice love.

It's not a 100% situation but it's like that most of the time.

Sounds like

It sounds like he is bitter. Perhaps from a bad experience or lack of experience. Never give up if you want to succeed.

I agree. But sometimes you also get untrue feelings that someone falls for you but actually he or she doesn't...

Yes, and some other people just choose not to be involved in "love affairs", I think this case has nothing to do with their moral standard, just what they believe is different from others. It's something about their own lifestyle. They do have the freedom to choose, don't they?
Life is a journey, not a destination.
