I know some sounds such as crack, creak, crash. Can you tell me more? 比如:翻书的声音,脚踩在树叶上的声音,等等。Thanks.

"rustle"   for paper,
"crunch" for leaves or snow

caw, miaow, squeak, moo, honk, screech, rattle, groan, rumble, ...

Such words are known by a name: onomatopoeia  
(Note that you will find different spellings for this word online :-)

Onomatopoeia means a word which sounds like what it means. The sound of the word gives its meaning.

You can find plenty of such words if you search on onomatopoeia.

These are called onomatopoeia. Chinese language also have it.
