who or what keeps you moving on when u depressed

entrance exams'  failure, breaking up with  lover,
profession's bottom , loss of loved one etc.
every one has experienced such kind of difficulties and depression .
so how did you revive or what made  you  walk out of that gloomy days
sharing with us here

with regard to me , i think my parents are always my driving force .
every time i want to give up or go through failure , it's their anticipation that keeps me going on
i don't want to let them down and i know they have sacrificed too much for me .

my faith and my good friend, I don't want to tell my parents, I'm afraid they would be more worried about me. I don't like to see that.

your dream can only support you when you are young
and yes freinds are really helpful .
so go find one or two if you have no bosom friends right now .
for parents can't go with us all our life but friends can .
