i do exercise with walking and thinking everyday, oh, aslo,looking, and eating,breathing......as all are necessary.
and when our colleagues or friends book a football ground, i play football with them,nearly twice one week/
The other, i do writing exercise when i am in a good mood.it is funny,and i can get the joy from it.
I am sorry to say that I do not little exercise
Thougt I think that it is not good for my health,I still sit in front of my computer every second,I know may be I should be more active,and try to do some sports such as basketball or badmintoon with my roommates or other classmates,
I almost forget to say that I am the kind person who always put something that I hate to do till tomorrow ...and tomorrow' tomorrow...
