I heard some countries takes 3 generations to pay off the house!!!

and we are difficult to have much money for employee...seems being an emplo ...

It is call Returns on Investment.

It must exceeds banking savings rate x 3-5 times or even more if want quicker to be filthy rich!!!

hehe...thanks

really for Japan or Korea...too difficult to pay a house!!!

and I know HKnese is too difficult to pay them...

and I am too pressure to pay it only for myself...

Yes, True!!!

You know certain places are only for the rich  - like Tsim Sa Tsui......

but to afford in HongKong, need to go into futher areas....&take bus to work!!!

I know, the district of "zhong huan" and "qian shui wan" ...is too expensive to afford...only prepare for Li jian-cheng and Andy lau to live...

and I know most of HKnese need to by bus or subway to work , and need above one hour one time...it's too tired...

You know good place, good feng shui so pay by the nose!!

Lucky i spend only 15 minutes to go to work!!!

So no sleeping in the bus.

One day i wanna trying sleeping in the train touring China!!!

which hint that you are living nearby "zhong huan"? and you are a rich man...

I spend only 1 minutes to go to work...for I living in corporation dorm...

once I come from my house, it's about 45 minutes to go to work...you know, my company is far away with centre city...:lol

btw, sleeping in the train to tour china is really a good suggestion, I will try it if I am free..
