this is a very vague statement.  
(here, notice = two weeks' notice or severance pay. Usually when you are given notice to be  terminated, you start looking for a new job and do not show up for work regularly since you are out interviewing and looking for work meanhwile you still get pay, including your health insurances, retirement funding, holidays and sick pays etc. That is why most companies want to pay off their let go employees RIGHT the way with severance pay to save insurance pay & additional tax money)
It should mean under most circumstances:
The Company may terminate your employment effective immediately and without payment of [two weeks'] notice 解雇金 [in lieu of severance pay] for:

In most employment contract, a two weeks' notice is required on both sides for resignation or termination. When termination is NOT for cause, the two weeks severance pay 解雇金 is almost mandatory unless it is in writing -- in a contract term known as "At Will" employee hiring.
