Don't know really what is kong fu tea.

I know Hakka people will grind some green tea leaves and cook it a bit saltish and to eat with porridge,peanuts,etc...

YES, it is real.

And few people know how to do it.

And they are the older generations, 50-70 yrs old.

Soon, next generation, maybe disappear like dinosaur did.

Somebody must keep a book on traditional foods.

I just came back from Singapore.

I know place who serves Hakka food!!!

And Hakka food is good for pregant ladies.  

Their pork dishes look bigs with Mei-chai.
