9 hours is expectation for me!I must get up at 6  but work very late everyday!

I usually sleep for 7 hours averagely,but I sleep for less than 6 hours recently.

I think it's not absorlutely how long you must sleep everyday,but you must keep the very sleep times to which
can makes you have enough energy to  do work,study,and also your coulorful life.

i am a student and i only give myself 6 hours for sleeping, and the rest surfing on the net.
try to know everything of something and something of everything~that is perfect.

I voted 6-8hours.although it is bad for my health. :I am studying in the university.eachday,go to bed until 11:30,this is very often.there are 6 percens.you can not go to bed early.there is no choice.so I kown this is bad ,but i can not improve the truth.
can you give me sone advices that can make up my resttime?

when I was in my college, I slept about  7-8 hours at night and rest for one hour at noon! after I got my job, I have no rest at noon and only 8 hours at night!

hell, ming412 , I think the best way is to enjoy it!  In college, I chrished the time with  with my friend in same dormitory, now I yearn that time very much!
