NO, i think that some day china will leganize prostitute, maybe will go through much difficulty  because legalizing prostitute is a right choice for China. If china don't legalize prostitute, it shows that most chinses are still ignorant and conversative and cann't accept new things. I hope it come true sooner.

I can't predict the future...

...but I can see now the problems...

How to tell who are what in the hotel?
---Who are selling/buying sex? Who are doing adultery? Who are lovers having good time?

How to distiguish porn videos/magazines from non-pron ones?
--- By measuring proportion of the exposure of the body? By polygraphing the reaction of the audience/readers?

How to distinguish erotic stories?
--- What is your reaction when you are reading Jin Ping Mei? Is it a eroctic story or a classic literature?

Americans are far from conservative yet they would only allow legalized prostitution in one state (Las Vegas). There is no way in hell China would legalize 'tricking' before the United "Most Sexually Active" States. It wouldn't make sense if the majority of the country (China) still feels uncomfortable talking about sex let alone liberating the sex workers.

With legalization or what?

How to tell who are what in the hotel?
---Who are selling/buying sex? Who are doing adultery? Who are lovers having good time?

If there is a monetary transfer and a sexual transfer, it is selling sex. You just need to document it and prove it in a court of law. I know it doesn't work that way in China quite yet, but ideally it should be so. That is, if you want to ban prostitution. Obviously it is smarter to leave it be and just make sure nobody gets hurt and disease is not spread.

In reality, you can easily spot who is a prostitute and who is not.

How to distiguish porn videos/magazines from non-pron ones?

Can't be done, since it is subjective. Obviously, most people recognize porn when they see it, but it is impossible drawing a fine line between art and porn.

How to distinguish erotic stories?
--- What is your reaction when you are reading Jin Ping Mei? Is it a eroctic story or a classic literature?

It is both. In Chinese law, works of art can be pornographic in nature, just as renti sheying and such are also considered both art and light erotica. But the fine line is extremely hard to draw. Some porn pics I have seen are very pornographic, but also very artistic in nature.
