Maybe they live in the west, maybe they are trained in the west, maybe they have lives in the west.

American Weapons

The best "Amerikan" weapons are not sold, they are given away for free.

If in doubt ask the citizens of Hiroshima and Nagasaki........

Open your eyes so you can clearly see

It's the American way of saying, "Don't F*#! with Me"

I would direct you to the thread on this BBS concerning Okinawa. Somewhere in their are the your answers about hiroshima / nagasaki. It is an old ploy to cite the atom bomb, just get over it - it was a world war issue and decission.

Probably because the return is considered a 20 to 1 return. In short they justify expense based on number of opposition that will be distroyed to each unit produced. "Now that's a scary notion" but unfortunately true. So technically (financially speaking) that's a cost of loss of $600 Million to enemy for each 300 Million fighter  friendly (Pure Economics).

The average fighter/interceptor today worldwide cost  in excess of $30 Million Dollars each.

Convair, factor in training time alloted and tactics as well, not to mention AEW capability,  and I'd say the equation is far more heavily weighted on the US's side in this.
