To Sally and all...

I emailed Dr. Bill Brown about the website He said, for some reason it's blocked right now, yet he also said, "...people inside of China can access a mirror site (identical content) at"

I hope you all now can take a peak at this great site... I particularly enjoy his version of Chinese "Festivals and Culture", when I was reading one day, I was laughing outloud by myself..

The Four Agreements.

This posting is also on my other topic... it's important, I feel, for people to know, so I'm posting here again. That topic has not yet many viewers...

There're many principles I do my best to live by, today I'd like to share
"The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz.

1/ I agree to "Be impeccable with my words"
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2/ I agree to "Don't take anything personally"
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

3/ I agree to "Don't make assumptions"
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4/ I agree to "Always do my best"
Your best is going to change from moment to mement, it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse, and regret.
