Actually it's shameless to wave US and ex Colonial flags while they ripping up the pavement to use ...

Why haven't the leaders of the protest meet with HK officials?
Time to reassure them that the China boogie man will be kept at bay.
To keep this going with no end will end very badly to them.

Well ktbond, the past news cuttings of HK papers will reveal to you there has always be two political tribes in Hong Kong.

Today one group, the far far smaller group, is absolutely determine to bring HK to its knees with wreckless lawlessness and street violence that has caused inconvenience to rest of society, and the hardship to the business community for EIGHT weeks.
Their agenda is for the separation of Hong Kong from China. In another word, minority rule with their small group in charge.
I hear them speak on the BBC last night, ".....we are Hongkongers, not Chinese. Please Britian and USA, come free us from the Chinese".

You cannot talk sense into these die hard mindless zoombies who think HK should be ruled by the British for eternity.

If Carrie Lam, her No 2 or the security people cannot do the job to quell this intolerable social unrest in HK, then Beijing need to step, otherwise the Yuen Long violence will be like a tea party in comparison to action of the hungry mobs taking their revenge on the elitist dummies.

Talking to these pro-colonial foreign passport carrying running dogs is a complete waste of time.

The whole ongoing unrest was stirred up by Claudia Mo Bowring and her troop of monkeys. It has nothing to do with the so called 'extradition bill'.
They were trying to whip up social unrest on the Long Bridge to Macau and Zuhai; the High Speed connection to mainland; the too many cross boarder shoppers, etc., etc.

When Lam and her idiotic No 2 made their embarrassing live stream TV apology to the young thugs, they came back the next next demanding a government change.

A waste of time talking.

  Of course it will;

   Just folks assuming that some fools in the education and judicial department will win is less then primitive...

   Hong Kong had probably some of the smartest youngsters within their society, but a fishing Village called Shenzhen had to go ahead because the Education department kept them down...
   If not so sad, one has to admire the poms...

There must be some dialog between the protesters and officials and I'm not sure if there is any.
A solution exists and it lays somewhere between, "sending in the troops" and doing nothing.
You and I have offered our opinions.
HK needs to assure the protesters that no citizen will be extradited without due process.

  Of course it will;

I'm all for the right to protest.
How else will government know mistakes were made and how to correct them.
It all comes down to the "sincerity" of complainant.
If they are sincere...
the solution would be to assure them China will not arrest people there on political grounds.
If they are NOT sincere (aka western agents)……
arrests need to be made!

Since 1997, the city has had thousands of Sunday protests by the Monday-Friday elitist care free "job for life" louts.

Official street protest must be applied to and agreed by the police. The police will need to condon off the route for the safety of the participants, to divert traffic and providing the alternatives routes.

Now when "protesters" veer off the agreed route; the scheduled time, this becomes an illegal assembly.

The thugs which the western media keep on calling "peaceful protestors" have for the past eight weeks been blocking off roads, dismantling road signs and safety barriers to fortify the positions. They have been tearing up brick and stone pavements, utilising the bricks and stones to hurl and attacking the police. They have wrecked government and public buildings costing hundreds of million dollars to repair.
No make up story line by me. It all in the TV footage archive.

These are NOT your normal protesters of democratic freedom.
They are wanton violence thugs that must be rounded up, heavily fined, locked up and given a criminal record.
