The police have start clearing the thugs off the street from 10 pm. There are still the small hardcore refusing to move.
The police should go in, block off their retreats, and make arrest.
Letting the young mobsters the freedom to closing roads and disrupting people's livelihood at will, and not be punished is an invitation for the disorder to be repeated every weekend. This is not good enough Lam.
I am sorry having to say this, but if the young mobsters don't see blood, they will think this is all but a game of cat and mouse with the police. They will continue to think it's their birth democratic right to inconvenient the wider public, and to debasing every citizen's living standard.
The Hong Kong Police must have the arresting plan and solution at hand. The thugs must pay for the policing cost they have caused.
Now it becomes clearer why the protesters oppose the Extradition Law; they are afraid, being violent, vandalise and destroy public property, they could be extradited to Mainland to face the music! Law-abiidng HongKongers should never fear this law.

Are you; or are you not
I feel VERY sorry for the local police force...
However, the press must not be permitted to advance in front of the rioters...
