You reckon the dealer is dishonest or unfair, I don't think we must jump to conclusions, yes, she won the public support on social media, but if she read her contract she signed about the guarantee of the vehicle it can be a different outcome if there was no irregularities.

This case has opened up  can of worms!  Besides the claim of faulty product of such a famous brand, there are many other misconduct matters such as sales staff demanding customers pay for services which they don't get, and  sales staff cheating on taxes which the Tax Div is now investigating!  Interesting case to follow!  Let's see how the authorities, including Tax Div, handle it.  The rot has been going on for too long!  Thank goodness, this lady brought it into the open!

You can hope, that will not happen unless the relevant authorities take stern measures to deter them, with heavy penalties for infringement of consumer rights!  Unfortunately the authorities seem to be always soft on businesses, often taking ages to investigate complaints, and often not imposing stiff penalties.
Corporate greed is truly entrenched in China , and there is sadly a lack of business ethics!
