You have conveniently ignored China's Anti corruption drive which has caged many 'tigers'and swat many 'flies' and it is even pursuing corrupt officials who had fled overseas! This is something many democratic and corrupt countries can take a lesson from China, such as India, S Korea, Japan, Brazil, etc etc!
