Yes Mr Kim was smoking in dandong train station which is right on the border with Korea, but still in China. He should have been told to put it out...

Totally agree ! E -Cigs and Cigs . Again china setting example for how things should be .
Put the price up and make people quit.
People need to stop and think and realize that it is harmful and a dirty habit  to smoke.
The most clandestine operation is cigarrette production.
Someone show me the factory / logistics trucks and employees / CEO'S of the cig  companies? Try and even find them on google maps.................
People ask yourselves these questions and research them, you will not like the answers.
GO CHINA!       END CORRUPTION...........

re:   END CORRUPTION

Prime minister of Canada refused an opposition request for his resignation for pressurizing previous Justice minister to help a big Canadian company with their corruption trial...

There's more corruption in the West as anyone would figure, but well kept under the carpet...

Study must have been carried out by some vape sympathisers, or worse, paid for by vape manufacture ...

If you had bothered to read the study, at the bottom is the "Competing Interests" disclosure, which states any and all affiliations of the authors. The only one with any vape affiliation is Riccardo Polosa, who works with Anti-smoking groups and Tobacco Control.

Maybe in China, but not here. It's not allowed.

And we are taking about China, not elswhere.  I have said it here that the devil is in the enforcement; I am aware of how China enacts laws it seldom, if ever enforces.  Its smoking ban has been around for years and yet smokers are happily puffing away in public places! Non smokers are always at the mercy of cigarette smokers and e-cigarette smokers!  It is to be hoped that this time Shenzhen would get real!!

The tobacco lobby in China is too powerful for the Govt to effectively curb smoking, in fact it is a State-Owned Enterprise!
