What banned gases are these?

The EIA campaign team pretended to be customers and traders, and found that 18 factories in ten Chinese provinces - most of China's insulation foam producers - admitted that they use CFC-11 chlorofluorocarbons, although China officially said that they had already discontinued the substance in 2007.

An internationally binding convention, the Montreal Protocol, banned the CFC from 2010 as the substance destroys the protective ozone in the atmosphere. In May of this year, a research team showed that the CFC-11 content in the air had only dropped by half since 2012, indicating that it is still being produced in secret. Measurements pointed to East Asia.

Chinese business representatives have told the EIA to import CFCs from illegal factories in Inner Mongolia. Others that they themselves can produce large quantities. And traders revealed that they export CFC counterfeit as hydrofluorocarbons, mainly to the rest of Asia and the Middle East.

its not like DDT its used in the past as gas in AC and fridges.
As for banned pesticides with money every one is ready to produce it. Including false label on the package !
As one person in organized crime said in court. If people only know how much we have buried secretly in the ground on farm estates ! Money buy´s everything today !
