Plenty of action has been taken to address China's corruption problem. Just 2 questions.

1. The government monitors the public behavior but who monitors the government and the irony is the government is actually part of the public? Anyway the West didn't have a good answer, be it democracy, socialism or communism, all are human designs with great flaws.

2. Corruption is the natural result of wrong education, all at home, in school and from the public, so how is this being addressed?
