Defense Ministry warns against US warship in South China Sea [Copy link] 中文

The Chinese navy deployed two missile frigates on Thursday to expel a US Navy warship sailing close to China's Nansha Islands without permission, a Ministry of Defense spokesman said.

Guide-missile frigates Liuzhou and Luzhou were deployed to identify and warn the USS Dewey that entered waters of China's Nansha Islands to leave, ministry spokesman Ren Guoqiang said at a regular news conference.

Of course you guys will be too chicken to publish this comment but I will make it all the same.

The South China seas is International waters, and recognized by the world as such. Nobody but China says they belong to China. The fact that it is international waters is indisputable. Man made structures in international waters are NOT recognized as Sovereign territory.  The USA and every other country in the world has the RIGHT to sail within 12 miles of any and all man made structures currently in the South China Sea.  China should take all measures to correct its mistake and cease the buildup of military assets in international waters. It just makes China look bad to the world.
Nobody trusts a country that tries to steal international territory. Mull on that for a while as you have aspirations of global leadership.
