A BMW owner from Shanghai has shipped his car to Germany to pursue a compensation claim, after failing to get satisfaction from a dealership in China where he bought it.

The guy should not have been using a high pressure power washer to clean his vehicle. Any damage acured from doing so is his own fault. The lock in the trunk seems to be a factory fault and should be fixed for free. The warranty should stay the same
