As the relations of the citizens in the world become closer and closer, it is inevitable that different cultures collide when they meet. It is hard for us to define any of them. And Yang Liu, a young artist from Beijing, China but living in Germany, has drawn several infographics trying to illustrate the differences between Germans and Chinese, including their ways of thinking, lifestyles and customs of dining. These infographics made clear yet humorous comparisons. She herself called it “Ost triff West”, or “East Meets West”.
