Yes it's blocked but you can get permission to access YT and also fecesbook.  CCTV being a state organ has access and I know of companies that have permission to access facebook for product support etc.

I'll give you that, but, what are the chances that an ordinary citizen can ask and get permission? Slim to none, I'd wager.

So you think Dusty would know anything about the U.S. defense industry if he's an Aussie who served in the Australian military? He writes as if he knows everything about the U.S. defense industry where most Western countries buy their high-priced weapons from. Most of the Western posters here on CD Forum have no clue as to how the U.S. defense industry really works.
