Yet western students are more creative in the workplace compared to Chinese students because they have the freedom to express themselves within this flexible system unlike the the Chinese education model where it's one size fits all if you don't fit in your classed as rubbish and thrown away

China converts are prone to outlandish utterances. You may forgive Parcher his misstep. He will see the light soon once the initial flush of excitement has abated. There are those that are endlessly kowtowing in other for the girls to play with ther tailfeather so they won't call it as it might jeopardise honeypot :)

Education is not forced. It something you do because you enjoy it.
