I always choose cathay pacific when I return to the uk..

Not really, because your feet is off the ground and you can't run, but on the  road you might able ...

Statistics show that per person per kilometer air trave is MUCH safer than roads, everyday people die on the roads but as it is usually only one or two at a time it does not make the news.

There are around 1.25 million road deaths a year in the world and in China alone the figure is over 250,000 per year. That is over 20 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants
