anger, hostility and heart problems

An analysis of dozens of studies published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology showed a direct link between anger, hostility and heart problems.

This should be deemed as a completmentary result to a spate of recent blogs regarding the factors detrimental to your health conditions from our medical expert Colin.

Therefore, when you run into someone who is rude, abrasive, and totally brash, just ignore and walk away. do not engage.

That anger and hostility generally raises blood pressure and high blood pressure can cause a stroke or heart problems. Of course anger can also be expressed by violence - and violence can kill. A football player in USA was angry with a referee for a second yellow card and punched the ref. sadly that punch killed the referee and now the footballer faces a long prison sentence. So great advice, ignore rudeness, don't  get high blood pressure and don't hit out! Jeremy Clarkson, are you listening?

The word anger is '生气'(sheng-qi) in Chinese and its word-word meaning is ‘causing (extra)gas’.
-----------when we are in normal mood, the body including its every cell absorbs oxygen from the air and give out carbon-dioxide to the outside that is a natural process for life;
However, if you become angry with someone, all the usual activities would get into a mess!  ------The gas-exchange market would be out of control, your face would turn pale and the hands would irregularly shaking due to lack of oxygen and too much of waste gas inside every part of your body!---------all organs would be hurt and such feeling would not easily get well!-----in fact, other bad moods (such as too excitement, sadness,  anxiety) also are harmful to the health!

I have a thread ' is it good to control your breath?", please have a check!

    it worked its magic again. last night MU beat denmark's midjylland and advanced to last 16 of europa. more importantly the 18-yr old debutant rashfred became instant sensation after he scored a brace for MU.
