Should the AIA, after the Vienna  Ozon-Action Side meeting which is taking place from 11-14 July 2018 officially connect China to this;  President Xi Jinping will be most unhappy to learn about it.

There will be no place on Earth to hide for them greedy managers, or whoever is accountable for it.

China has paid high price for the heavy pollution from the rapid development of industry. In the village the government officials have arranged dozens of dust-tanks here and there along the street. But to my surprise they are full of weeds or toilet paper!  I remember that many years ago farmers used weeds to make natural fertilizer for crops which process can turn taste into treasure; You directly burn the toilet-paper which remaining ash is also fertilizer instead rubbish! Brother told me he often uses taste plastic bags to boil water!
So in China we should do more education job to ordinary citizens and ask them to produce rubbish as less  as possible by primarily handle them first before throwing away!

There are people here (you know who) who doubt China's efforts in fighting this problem.
I'm sure  ...

Does one of those people have a brother boiling water in a plastic bag? :lol
See the above post.

How does boiling water in "taste plastic bags work"? Wouldn't a metal pan do the job much better. If I had a brother I'd try to help him understand this.

A lot of people deal with trash, by throwing it in a river or stream.
Awareness of environmental problems need to be brought out in smaller villages.
I agree....
Education of the countryside is important.
