Courtesy I would take as a more social convention; respect, manners, breeding. Washing feet is still washing feet. If I asked a younger person to wash my feet, as it's a sign of respect, what do you think they'd say? :-)

Crazy and not normal. I wouldn't do this and if I want my feet washed I can go to foot massage place and pay 30 RMB for it.

You  can ask your kids to wash your foot, not strangers or even friends' children.
