Look closely to the photos the one on the left (top and bottom parts) the parts of dry land move out as well, furthermore the buckle in the photo is to the wrong side the water pressure on the dam side is way more than the pressure on the river side and the river is approximatly 40 meters below the top of the dam wall, it doesn't take a genius to see it's not a good photoshop.  People must be really stupid to believe this.

Is this the best the Dailymail.uk can do. I would suggest next time they want to photoshop a picture get someone who know how to do it.
