I wonder if this "world famous" ngo will visit the US anytime soon...

---------------------------
In the U.S., human trafficking tends to occur around international travel-hubs with large immigrant populations, notably California, Texas and Georgia. The U.S. Justice Department estimates that 14,500–17,500 people are trafficked into the country every year. The 2016 Global Slavery Index estimates that including U.S. citizens and immigrants 57,700 people are victims of human trafficking. Those being trafficked include young children, teenagers, men and women and can be domestic citizens or foreign nationals.

Ah Bob, the poster who can never sypathise with the genuinely downtrodden! Everything has a purely ideological side.

Well, Bob, should you discover that you have a heart and a pulse, try to feel it and see how warm it is. Is it as cold as a steelplate? Then don't comment on humanitarian issues. Talk about mining and how it degrades the workers that do that work. Or just talk about nothing.

If you have a warm heart, try to understand why it is best to try to prevent human trafficking at its source, i.e. poor parts of the world such as rural China, the Mekong Delta, Africa, Siberia, Central Asia, N Korea. The poor often become victims of human traffickers when they want to improve their lot by emigrating.

And the lecherous in rich western countries like the US and European nations create the market in the first place.
Where is your heart? With the rich capitalists of the west obviously.
You won't get any crumbs from their tables by defending them.

So you admit that Communism has throughout its brutal history produced fortune seekers, refugees and just plain poor people who could only hope to get dignity and a more decent life in the West. You now want to blame THE W@EST for having offered its peoples better lives than the Communists ever did to their peoples... Typical dilettante!
