A Broken Love Could Make a Perfect Match
----- A Tentative Analysis of Love Stories in Harry Potter
In some ways, Draco and Hermione are the opposite sides of each other. Draco Malfoy came from the proud pure blood family that have been the glories family for centuries. Hermione was a muggle-born who came from an unknown family. Draco was from Slytherin, the house of arrogance, power and cunning, while Hermione came from Gryffindor, the house of braveness and royalty. Draco is cold and up in the clouds, while Hermione was full of warmness and down to the earth. They are the opposite side of each other, and if they could erupt sparks, then these sparks would be the brightest stars on a windy evening night.
It seems that everything about them is so different and that has made them very popular. Their love, if they could actually have one, is broken, but it’s fuller than any love. Maybe full love could not make perfect, but a broken one could. A broken love and broken piece of heart could make people fall for it. This is the love of two far ends, or should we say two parallels that never came across. But they did. In this huge and magical hall of Hogwarts, so many tales of heroes spread. In this great hall of Hogwarts, so many braveness were proved. In this great hall of Hogwarts, we’ve seen so many encounter and farewell. We’ve seen so many love and so many hatred.
In the fourth book of Harry Potter, Draco told Harry, Ron and Hermione hurry off in case the Death Eaters get them. Even though Draco hated Ron and Harry so much, but he still told them to flee, even though in a not-very-nice manner. He was afraid that Hermione would get caught because he knew very clearly that the Death Eaters were after muggles and muggle-born witches and wizards. He hated Ron and Harry, and sometimes he thought he hated Hermione too, but in the end, he still could not help the urge to help her.
In real life, Draco and Hermione could be fond of each other, and miracle could also appear on every corner of our everyday life. And I hope that someday, they will realize that they are meant for each other.
A thousand birds flew over the red sky, taking away the happiness and memory of a season, or an eternity.
