I always schedule my work and life in advance. I don’t want to be tardiness too often.

Do you have the time? It’s half-past 10. Oh, I’m late. That’s the common situation in my life. There are plenty of interesting activities for people to relax. There are loads of work for people to do each week. We should arrange time strictly and make sure we have good sleep and healthy body.

People have many daily routines. Get up, go running, get to work, go home, check emails, take a train, give a presentation, write a note, take a coffee break, get to school, make a phone call, have a meeting, have lunch. They should use the 24-hour clock, the international standard to arrange work. But people who live and work in the US and a few other countries commonly use the 12-hour clock. We should recognize 9:00 p.m. and 21:00 quickly. No hestitation.

After busy work, we can surf the internet, talk on the phone with friends, go swimming, play basketball, go out, go to a restaurant, play computer games, listen to music, dance, sing, meet friends, give presents or get presents, ride a bike, go to the movies, play tennis, meet friends, and sleep at home to relax.

Westerns like relaxing through all kinds of parties, such as theme party, birthday party, graduation party, wedding party. They always invite close friends and have a pleasant gathering. Recently, Thai food and American food are very hot in China, especially in Beijing. I’d like to go to a Thai restaurant for some pizza, soup and salad.

Birthday party is a common and popular party in both China and Western countries. For example, my birthday is July 15th. I will have a birthday party. My friends give me gifts. I open the gifts and get a big surprise. We eat birthday cake and drink wine. What a happy party!

A pile of problems without resolutions sets a negative tone on your proposal!

People don't answer with 'Fine, thanks. And you?' - that is straight from a text book, not real life.
nor should you ask for someone's phone number or email address when you just meet them - they might not want to speak to you again (they don't know you well enough for that). A person will choose if they want to keep in contact, and might give you this much later in a conversation.

Asking for personal information, especially from a foreigner, is not a good idea, especially in the work-place.
People like to keep work and private life separate.

Maybe what you have written is considered appropriate between Chinese people, but not for foreigners.
Please respect us by not being too intrusive.
