Read rat?

Viewed 608 times 2018-5-17 22:14 |Personal category:education|System category:News

I think you are puzzled with “Acts as the rat-tail beaten with stick for three times without blood coming out!”--------------In Chinese 念书(nian-shu) means ’read book' which often refers to ‘go to school’. But 书 (shu) sounds like 鼠 (rat)! ----------So some people may joke a bad student in this way: "You read rat even rat-tail! ---------------You could not see blood coming out when you hit the long tail with a stick. That means you are too stupid or naughty for schooling from which you would harvest nothing!

So that is hash sentence which has hurt many children‘e feeling!:Q

  • Icecream was not enjoyable! 2018-8-2 21:20

I don't like icecream either. Well I kind of like some icecream sometimes - like banana paddlepops. I eat a lot of banana paddlepops in the summer. I buy a box of them a week. You get about ten in a box and I eat them all on the weekends. And I also like peppermint chocchip icecream in a cone but I don't buy icecream in a cone very often. The last time was many years ago when I went to an icecream shop with a girl I was dating. She used to work in the shop when she was younger. But even if I eat icecream I do not like the milky aftertaste that is left in your mouth after you have eaten it. You get the same kind of disgusting milky aftertaste after you eat chocolate which is why I rarely eat chocolate. I do drink a lot of milk but I have to drink some juice or soda or something after I drink the milk to get rid of that disgusting milky aftertaste.

  • One piece of rubbish glass! 2018-7-24 18:56

In real life, you often see waste glass or nails littered on the road which might drill a hole to the tyre of any vehicle passing by!
