....In Western culture this is against the law and violates norms of decency and human dignity.... ...

Being treated with dignity and respect is a basic human right.
Those people on these forums, mostly men, that resort to toilet jokes and crass references give themselves away and negate their own comments.
Those men that say they want to be touched by women security at airports have questionable motives. The standard response at any airport in a developed country to a request by a male to have a pat-down by a female will be denied by the supervisor on the grounds that it is inappropriate and probably has sexual overtones or intentions.
The majority of males in Western society value their dignity at airports security points and do not want to undergo a pat-down by female security.
The vast majority of men in Western society also value their privacy and dignity when using the restroom and do not want to be in the view of women passing by or to be confronted by the presence of female cleaners within the room when they use public toilets.
Basic human rights apply to males and females alike and can never be devalued by the inappropriate comments from a loud and vocal a minority such as I have seen on this post and similar post on this site and elsewhere.
