Non Whites are employed only in areas where the whites refuse to go, or where the schools cant afford to pay the high salaries demanded by the  whites who  think their white skin entitles them to superior salaries way above the norm!

I hate to break to you South African, but Guangzhou is sort of a hickville.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

I have first-hand knowledge to support my point.  
Yes, some whites do go to remote places, but my point is that ONLY when the schools can't get them, that they turn to coloreds!  
And many schools can't afford to pay the high salary demanded by whites, so they have to settle for the colored,s who are less demanding!

For your info, Guangzhou is not a remote place, so you will find all sorts of people there!
