Good morning.

Today is Motivational Monday. I’m going to teach you how get motivated even when you don’t feel good. Even when you aren’t happy.

I hear so many people talk about how tired and busy they are. I know that high school students are especially busy because they have a lot of classes every day. Then, when they finish all of their classes, they always have a lot of homework.

I’m also amused (I think it is a little funny) that many people complain about the weather. I know it is what we call ‘small talk’, but, there isn’t much to learn about the weather. We know that it is going to be hot in the summertime and cold in the wintertime. We complain when it rains too much and we complain when it doesn’t rain. We say, “It is so dry.”

Talking about something makes it even more. Whether you talk about good things or bad things. Talking about it puts a bigger emphasis on it. It is like a magnifying glass. What you talk about becomes more and more.

I’m going to challenge you to focus on the good things about your life. The ancient proverb says, “Think on these things. Things that are good. Things that are honorable, pure and perfect.” It says that when we think on good things, peace comes to us.

Today’s Motivational Practice

I like to think about what is good about my life.

I focus on what is right.

I like to talk about good things.

I like to talk about people who do good things.

I put my attention on positive things.

I set my mind on things I want; not on things I don’t want.

Focus your attention on what’s good. When you do, you’ll see more good come to you in your life.

That’s all for today.

Goodbye for now.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

Jaaja: Why? Because Harvard degree is indefinitely more useful in international career, than Peking University degree. PU only carries similar value inside C ...
Ture but most Chinese return to China Plus if your have not mastered English a degree from Harvard with a 75% average means nothing. Now if you end up in the top 10% of your class then by all means it is better. But really how many Chinese end up in the top 10% in any USA university? Maybe 1 out of 10,000.If you do not want to return to China then yes Harvard Degree is better.
